Ethereal Lacquer - Obscure

Obscure is the April SHIMMAHS group custom. While creating this polish I envisioned replicating how clouds hide the moon like a veil of glowy mystery.
Obscure is a sheer cool toned blue base with purple to pink shifting shimmer and twinkling holographic flecks.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the World Central Kitchen.
